Degree in mechatronics, robotics and automation from Politecnico di Milano. Ended up doing full-stack and forward-deployed engineering instead.
Mostly TypeScript and Rust. Raw SQL over ORMs, Bun over Node, small tools over frameworks.
Building things
There's always something half-built on the side. Most of it starts from wanting a tool that doesn't exist yet and deciding to find out how hard it would be.
Right now that's nibrun: upload a compiled binary, get a Firecracker microVM with a persistent disk and an HTTPS URL. No Dockerfile, no YAML, no cluster.
